By creating an account or using PropertyLM (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). PropertyLM is provided by our company, PropertyLM, and offers AI-driven tools for real estate and property professionals to gain insights into property data and metrics through conversational input and output. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Account Creation: To access PropertyLM, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration (including your name, company name, and email) and keep your account information updated. Each user is allowed only one account, and you must not share your login credentials with others.
Legal Age and Professional Use: The Service is intended for use by property professionals who are able to form legally binding contracts. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use PropertyLM. The Service is restricted to use within your country of residence, and by using the Service, you confirm that doing so does not violate any local laws or regulations.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and any API keys or tokens provided. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify PropertyLM immediately.
PropertyLM offers two primary subscription options tailored to different needs and billing preferences: Pay Monthly and Pay Annual. Each plan may have varying features or usage limits, as described on our website or in Service documentation.
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms. To cancel your plan, you must provide at least 14 days’ written notice prior to the renewal date. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
During the 14-day notice period, billing will continue as normal, and your access to the Service will remain active until the cancellation takes effect. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in continued billing until the next eligible cancellation period.
There are no refunds or prorated credits for unused time, partial months, or early cancellations. Please ensure that the selected plan and billing cycle meet your requirements before subscribing.
Billing Cycles: Paid plans are billed on a weekly or monthly subscription cycle, as selected by you when you subscribe. The billing cycle begins on the date you activate a paid plan and recurs on the same day weekly or monthly thereafter. For example, if you start a monthly subscription on the 10th of a month, your renewal will occur on the 10th of each subsequent month.
Payment Method: All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. You must provide a valid payment method (such as a credit card) and hereby authorize PropertyLM (or its payment processor) to charge your payment method for the subscription fees on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all payment information you provide is accurate.
No Refunds: All sales are final. PropertyLM maintains a no-refund policy on subscription fees, including for partial use of a subscription period. This means that once you are charged for a weekly or monthly period, the charge is non-refundable, even if you decide to stop using the Service in the middle of that period. The 14-day free trial is provided to ensure the Service meets your needs before you commit to a paid plan. Exceptions to the no-refund policy will only be made if required by applicable law.
Cancellation and Notice Period:
All paid plans require at least 14 days’ written notice for cancellation. To cancel your plan, please email [email protected] with your request. Our team will confirm receipt and process your cancellation according to your plan’s notice period. During the 14-day notice period, billing will continue as usual until the cancellation takes effect. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in continued billing until the next eligible cancellation period.
